How it works

  
• Tom provides the music system ( One or two complete Bose L1 Systems, Guitars and Laptops). We will provide lighting, if necessary).
  
• Tom can perform up to 3 (three) hours in one event, with 15 minute breaks every 45 minutes between the first two sets.

Each hour of stage time costs $100.00. Minimum charge is $100.00.  
• Tom utilizes backing tracks on a laptop computer and a guitar to perform. Tom does not perform with a band because of the limitations a band places on a vocalist and because of the logistics of getting bandmembers together to practice at least two hours each weekday, not to mention the problem of getting every member of a band to show up at every gig. This allows Tom to have a very large, almost unlimited repertoire and keeps your costs down .
  
• When you contact us, we will be happy to answer any questions that you have and we will ask you several questions ( e.g., is their a required dress style, music style, etc.). Here are some of the questions that we will ask you.
  
• We will enter into a written contract with you if you choose so there is no confusion.
  
• We require payment in full upon completion of the performance, unless other arrangements have been made.
  
• We are responsible adults and will be prompt, barring an unforeseen emergency.
  
• If an unforeseen event on our part causes us to cancel (illness, family emergency, etc.) or cut short a performance, you will only be required to pay us for our actual stage time (this includes all time after the equipment is set up). If an unforeseen event on your part cancels or cuts short a performance, we will require 50% payment for the scheduled performance OR payment for actual stage time, whichever is higher.
  
• We are happy to accommodate special song requests. If you have special song requests that are not already included in our large reportoire, we require a minimum of 2 (two) weeks' notice prior to the event to ensure a good rendition of the song. Note: Some songs may not be available.
